Dilliard Thursday, Dec. 6, 2013 in San Francisco, Calif. The San Francisco District’s floating debris hazard collection work performed by the crew of the Dillard, based out of the District’s Sausalito Base Yard facility, ranges far and wide patrolling for debris in bay waters, removing a total of about 90 tons a month.
