$1 Billion in MILCON Mega-Project Support to Army Sets Record for South Pacific Division

DEPUTY ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE ARMY (INSTALLATIONS, HOUSING & PARTNERSHIPS) MR. PAUL CRAMER, and MR. MARK CONNOR (Dept of Army Headquarters Office of General Counsel) visited South Pacific Division to discuss Army Mega-Projects in December, hosted by Brig. General Mark Toy and SES Director of Programs Mr. Joe Calcara.

Mr. Cramer is the Army Senior Career Executive responsible for worldwide military construction, real estate, housing, and base realignment and closure matters.

South Pacific Division's relevance to the Army Military Construction mission continues to expand in 2015. Later this year we will begin teaming with Pacific Ocean Division to deliver the largest international Build-to-Lease Housing Project ever -- supporting soldiers and families in US Forces Korea.

South Pacific Division is executing more than $1-billion in Army Military Construction mega-projects for the first time in history, including the ongoing Fort Irwin Hospital and the upcoming Marine Ocean Terminal Concord Pier Replacement in FY16.
