Deployed SPD team members build to last
South Pacific Division team members Andy Constantaras and CPT Eleanor Gillis join local contractors and other deployed civilians to perform site visits on construction projects in Iraq. The Corps of Engineers is part of the continuing effort to build Schools, hospitals and other public facilities and improve infrastructure throughout the Gulf region. More than 6 4 people form SPD deployed last year in support of Overseas Contingency Operations.
