Contractors hauled trash, shopping carts, bundles of Arundo donax reeds used to build campsites, abandoned vehicles, propane tanks and gasoline cans from abandoned illegal campsites. Scores of big dumpsters were filled and refilled until the last semi pulled away.&lt;br/&gt;

This facility replaces six older building that are spread out across the Phillips Research Site. The building includes a 5,000 square foot, high-bay laboratory, as well as an additional 5,000 square feet of secure office, laboratory, and meeting space. The 3,500 square-foot building will house several lab areas, lab support space, an administrative area, a break area, and exterior equipment platforms.
