Two Non-Federal Sponsors, the California Coastal Conservancy and SCVWD, teamed with Lt. Col. John Baker, San Francisco District commander, and District Program Managers on a day-long tour of projects throughout Santa Clara County where members of the public voiced their hope for continued involvement and support by USACE.
