Abbi, who has autism, relies on Tennele to be a calming presence during CT scans and in public settings. Abbi’s father, Eric, works for the Sacramento District as a real estate appraiser, and several other Corps employees volunteer as puppy raisers with Canine Companions, meaning they directly contribute to an organization that benefits their fellow employees and many other people in need.
