U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District Commander Col. Aaron Barta congratulates retired employee Kelli Johnson upon her induction into the District's Gallery of Distinguished Civilian Employees in a ceremony May 8 at the District headquarters in Los Angeles. The induction was in conjunction with the District's annual Retiree Recognition Day. Nearly three dozen retirees participated in the day's activities, which included a breakfast social, commander's update and catered lunch.
