YUMA, Ariz. - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Mark Wetsel, Deputy Commander, and Brad Carter, Deputy Chief of Program Management, assigned to the South Pacific Border Task Force, attend a safety brief before reviewing barrier installation at the BMGR-1 project site near Feb. 9 near Yuma, Arizona.
