    FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. -- Representatives from the Department of the Army, U.S. Rep. Sam Farr's district office, Fort Hunter Liggett and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District broke ground a one-megawatt solar array in a ceremony at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., April 8, 2011.     A dedicated team representing the Albuquerque District traversed the high desert terrain of White Sands Missile Range, N.M., March 27 for the 22nd Annual Bataan Memorial Death March. They joined more than 6,000 others from across the globe for the event.
